- Look around and wonder where you are.
- Close your eyes and wonder why you aren't where you want to be.
- Continue your morning routine.
- As you arrive at work/school think about where you want to be.
- Go there.
- Enjoy the rest of your time here.
- Know it will soon be over.
- Find a few things that bind you here.
- Cling to them and let go of everything else.
- Watch it all fall around you.
- Rejoice.
