I've been messing around with different distros for the last few weeks. Ubuntu and Fedora Core the most. I like Fedora Core. Gnome desktops are my favorite too.
Windows is very fail. As are macs. Consider Linux. You will be surprised.
MCE on Linux is also 10x better.
